Booking :Can I book by phone ?
Yes but it will be much more convenient to book online as we will get all your information directly. Telephone reservations are often incomplete and we appreciate giving you full service.
When can I call you ?
If you wish to contact us, we are reachable from Monday to Saturday in office hours from 9 to 18 local hours. We thank you for using the site for your request of availability, price and reservation because we are not able to answer you immediately by telephone on these subjects.
Do you speak French or English ?
We are perfect bilingual and will be happy to welcome you or assist you in the language of your choice. .... We also speak Creole if necessary.
Do I have to pay for my entire reservation online ?
No : After receiving your reservation, we will check that everything is ok and we will send you an email with a summary, it will be accompanied by a link to pay a deposit. The balance will be paid on the spot upon delivery.
How to pay my down payment ?
After receiving your reservation, we will send you an email with a link to the secure DPO payment platform and a short guide to help you make the payment.
Can I pay by transfer ?
No : we accept payment of your deposit via DPO which allows you to pay with your credit card or via Paypal. International transfers generate too much bank charges.
Do you have access to my credit card details ?
No: The secure DPO platform collects your payment and we will not have access to your credit card details.
How can I do if I want to make several reservations ?
It will redo one or more bookings with each time useful details.
Can I pay the full amount of my reservation in advance ?
No : For accounting reasons, we can not accept your full payment in advance. We will only ask you for a deposit to secure your booking, the balance will be payable directly to the deliveryman on the day of delivery.
Do you have a cancellation insurance ?
It is always possible to cancel your reservation, in this case payments received will not be refunded unless you have subscribed to the proposed cancellation insurance of 15 € that we offer in the booking process. The modifications remain free as far as possible.
Delivery and recovery :Do you have an office at the airport ?
No : Our delivery men are waiting for you at the exit of the airport in the arrivals hall with a sign in your name and will deliver you the vehicle that will be in the car park ?
What if I'm late ?
Our deliverers know the schedules and flight numbers (thank you to indicate it in the reservation). We check for any delays. However, a small message or mail is always welcome.
What if I can not find the delivery person ?
In your confirmation email, we will give you the delivery number. Caution : Keep it properly as it is possible that this is the only contact number to answer if we are unreachable outside office hours.
Do you deliver anywhere in the island ?
Yes : We deliver and pick up cars for free anywhere in the island, just tell us when you book in the frame that is provided for this
Delivery / recovery can it be done in different places ?
Yes : We can deliver to one place and take the vehicle to another place for free. It will be enough for us to indicate it during your reservation in the framework envisaged for this purpose.
How are you going to meet me at the airport ?
Our delivery men are waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall with a sign in your name. Just introduce yourself to him, the car waiting for you on the parking
How will you find me if the delivery is at the hotel ?
The delivery person will meet you at the reception at the agreed time and indicated in your reservation.
Do you deliver to a private villa ?
Yes : We will need as much information as possible to find the villa. You can give us this information in the box reserved for this purpose in the booking process.
How to pay on delivery ?
The balance of your reservation will be payable directly to the delivery person, in cash (Euro or Rupees) or by credit card for 4% additional fee.
Can I change my reservation after confirming ?
Yes : To the extent of the possibilities and availability, we agree to modify your booking for free on the basis of an email.
What do you offer if the vehicle I chose is not available ?
We will make you another fair proposal with a vehicle of the category available closest to your request.
Rates and conditionsAre there additional steps to the rate indicated on the site ?
No : Our rate is "All inclusive", only some options may be charged and they will be offered during your booking process. You will not pay more than the final price.
Is it possible to have a franchise buyback ?
Yes: although we do not take a deposit as a guarantee, if you wish not to have to pay the excess in the event of damage which would be caused under your responsibility, we offer an option "Cancellation of excess" at 5 euro per day. You will find this option in the booking process.
Do I need to pay a deposit ?
No : We will not ask to pay a deposit, however you will remain responsible for the amount of the deductible (which may vary depending on the category of vehicles). In the event of damage caused as a result of your liability, the amount of the deductible will be the maximum amount that may be claimed.
Does the insurance cover all the expenses ?
Almost : Only punctures and breakage of glass is not covered.
What is included in the rental price ?
Everything ! ... except the fuel and the driver. Our rates include delivery, pick-up, unlimited mileage, second free driver, all-risk insurance.
How old must I be to rent a car ?
You must be 21 years old and bear a valid driver's license
Which documents will be requested ?
Your passport and valid driver's license and same for a possible second driver.
Is my national driver's license enough to drive you home ?
Yes : your national driver's license is ok
Do you offer baby seats and booster seats for free ?
Yes : within the limits of availability, we offer a maximum of two seats or booster seats, you can reserve them during the booking process, there is a box provided for this purpose.
Various:Is the GPS useful ?
No : We do not recommend the use of GPS because on a small island, the maps are poorly made and you may end up in a dirt road impractical. If you want to use a GPS, we recommend downloading the MAPS.ME application that works offline and better than conventional GPS. The app is free, just download the map of the island.
In the end, always count on the kindness of passers-by to help you find your way.
Can I ride everywhere with the car ?
No : our vehicles are exclusively designed to drive on motorized roads. Rodeos on the beach or adventure in non-passable paths are at your own risk because in this case, the insurance cannot cover any damage to the vehicles.
What to do in case of breakdown ?
We provide a 7 days a week service with vehicle replacement if needed. You will need to call the telephone number on the rental agreement.
What to do in case of an accident ?
Never negotiate with the third party. Call us, we will give you the instructions. If the third party is recalcitrant or there is an injured person, immediately call the police who will make the report.
What is the side to drive ?
We drive on the left, therefore the steering wheel will be on the right. We advise to rent an automatic car.
Alcohol, speed, offenses, etc ...
You remain responsible for your driving behavior, remember that you are on vacation, ride quiet, the wearing of the seatbelt is mandatory, there are a lot of police checks and the law does not tolerate any deviation especially on the consumption of alcohol or narcotics driving, here is tolerance "0" and the prisons are less friendly than your hotel, here you are warned. Do not waste your holidays!
In any case, the police report to us the infringements of the rented vehicles, so do not think about evading the fines because we will be informed. The fine will be payable upon return of the vehicle to avoid problems at the border ......
